A: There is not an extra charge for names, inscriptions, or the Dave Whitlock and Larry Copenhaver fly fishing art. However, there is a $30.00 charge for new artwork design.

A: Yes, our large volume discount price break starts at 10 or more fly boxes.
Q: Can I pay extra to have expedited shipping on my order?
A: All U.S. domestic (lower 48 states) shipping orders can be upgraded to USPS Priority Express Mail 1 Day Mail: cost $20 for 1 fly box only. To upgrade, after adding an item to your Shopping Cart, click the Cart link at the top right of any page. You will see a dropdown menu that says Standard Shipping to the right of your item; click on it. Contact us through Etsy Conversation if you have questions.

Engraving

Q: Do you have any other river maps besides the ones listed on your website?
A: Yes, please contact us if you don’t see the river map you are interested in.
Q: If you don’t have the river map I want, can you design it for me?
A: Yes, we specialize in designing new rivers; there is a $30.00 charge for new river designs. Click here fore more information.
Q: Can I add a symbol on the front of the box to mark our cabin or some other land mark?
A: Yes, by adding a landmark you make it a special gift for someone.
Q: Can I have a name and a fishing quote added on the box back?
A: Yes.  Personalization is included in the price of the box.
Q: How long can the quote or inscription be on the back of the box?
A: As long as the inscription will fit on the back of the box, it is not too long.
Q: Can I have something other than your fish artwork on the back of the box?

Q: How do I add a custom inscription to my fly box order?
A: During checkout use “Note to Buyer” to type in: 1. Name on back of box; 2. Inscription on back of box.
Q: Is the river map engraved on the front or the back of the fly box?
A: The river map is typically engraved on the front of the box and the fish artwork, name, and inscription are engraved on the back of the box.
Q: Can I have the river map engraved on the back of the fly box and the fish artwork, name, and inscription engraved on the front the fly box?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I purchase a fly box without any engraving?
A: No, all of our fly boxes come with custom engraving of your choice plus our logo.

Changes & Corrections

Q: Can I see a design proof before I pay for my fly box?
A: Yes, at no cost or obligation we will send you a 3D computer generated proof of what your box will look like before you order. (Note: During the busy holiday seasons, paid orders are processed before pending orders.)
Q: Are all my questions and changes to picky?
A: No, each River Map Fly Box or custom product is one of a kind and is not engraved until you are happy with the design.

Turn Around Time

Q: How long does everything take?
A: Allow 7-14 business days to dispatch product once payment is received. Custom orders (new river map designs and custom artwork) may take 7-21 days. During holiday seasons, times could be longer.

Shipping Policies

Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: All U.S. orders shipped USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping or USPS First Class. All outside U.S. and Canada orders shipped by International USPS Priority or First Class. Shipping time varies according to the country being shipped to.

Refund Policies

Q: If my fly box arrives damaged and I have to return it, who pays for the shipping?
A: If merchandise is damaged due to shipping or faulty hardware, or if an error has been made on our part, we will replace the item for free including shipping.
Q: If I find a copy error or design error on my fly box, will I be refunded or my item replaced?
A: The customer is responsible for the final proofing of all copy including spelling and design layout on the fly box or other items. Stonefly Studio will send the customer a proof before engraving. The customer must notify Stonefly Studio of any corrections within 5 days of the proof being sent. Once engraving has taken place changes cannot be made.
Q: What recourses do I have if I am not satisfied with my product?
A: If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please contact us.
